Frank Lucas, RPh - Pharmacy Director

Mr. Lucas is a graduate of The Medical College of Virginia with a BS degree in pharmacy. He also holds a BS degree in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is Director of Pharmacy Services at Piedmont Geriatric Hospital where he actively involves himself in patient safety causes by studying their drug regimens and adverse drug reaction reports. Clinical consultation with the Medical Staff is also one of his responsibilities, and he believes that drug interaction reporting to the physicians is an important service for them as well as for the patient.
